The Catalogue of Professional Needs describes in detail all the professional profiles of the agri-food sector. It is the result of two specific project actions: first, the comparison and mapping of the methodologies adopted in different EU countries (partners countries) for the identification and validation of formal and informal competences and skills; second, the identification of case studies of main job profiles needed according to the deman of the EU labour market. Since that  The aim of this Catalogue is to provide the operator with itemized descriptions of each agri-food sector professional profile, to act as reference point for the identification and validation process, built by crossing information about each partner country agri-food labour market. Moreover, the analysis about standards and new profiles and competences will be received by both organizations and institutions involved and it will be part of the know-how used by the operators in that sector.
